Aditya got to know Genpact Deutschland while he was pursuing his Masters degree. He wrote his Master thesis with Genpact, and upon completion of his studies started working as an Associate consultant with the firm.

During my studies at TUHH, Hamburg I got an opportunity to work as a volunteer for a student consulting organization named 180 DC organization and that really intrigued me to work as a consultant after my studies. One thing that I really like about working as a Consultant is that you always need to be on your toes because every project is a learning opportunity and you end up working for several different clients and industry throughout your career. This really expands your knowledge, experience and one can never really get bored of work since the projects are not monotonous in nature.
What do I like most about working for Genpact?
I‘ve amazing colleagues and great mentors. This has ensured a steep learning curve for me and have always served as an intrinsic motivation to give my best while working on a project. The work environment and culture is international since we have colleagues from several different countries, and I think at the end of the day working with amazing bunch of people have sort of developed this working relationship into friendship for life.
The second reason that I admire about my job is that I get a chance to create an impact everyday. We specialize in Supply Chain Consulting this means that whatever decision or projects we work on has implications on a company‘s P&L.
