Lea-Theresa Münch got to know Infront as a working student during her Master's degree and then joined the company as an Associate Consultant. During her Master's degree in "Management & Entrepreneurship" at Leuphana University in Lüneburg, Lea not only gained expertise in business administration, but also intensively explored the fields of innovation management and consumer psychology. In addition to her work as a consultant, Lea regularly undertakes further training, most recently gaining certification as a personal coach and successfully completing the "Business Sustainability Management" course at the University of Cambridge.
„Die Themen, Werte und vor allem die Menschen bei Infront haben mich sofort begeistert: Digitalisierung und Innovation, Unternehmertum und Pragmatismus, Menschlichkeit und Humor.“
– Lea-Theresa Münch
A Serendipitous Encounter
When I attended a recruiting event at my university, I had no idea that it would mark the beginning of a long journey, for it was there that I met Infront. Even though I had previously ruled out the field of management consulting for myself, I decided to apply to Infront. That's because Infront seemed to be unlike my preconceived notion of a typical consulting firm. The topics, values, and above all, the people at Infront immediately captivated me: digitalization and innovation, entrepreneurship and pragmatism, humanity and humor. Just two weeks later, after submitting my application and having a personal interview, I received an offer for a working student position during the final semester of my master's degree.
Nearly a Decade
Starting as a working student at Infront, I quickly had the opportunity to work on smaller projects with a partner. From interviews to client meetings to workshops – from day one, I was fully engaged and taking on responsibility. Not only did my expertise grow during this time, but so did my desire to stay with Infront in the long term. For me, it was clear: this is where I want to kickstart my career.
Now, I am a Managing Consultant leading our Innovation Practice. I not only drive projects forward, but also take on leadership responsibilities, have my own clients, and am firmly involved in the company's development.
It never gets boring
Admittedly, sometimes it surprises even me: nearly ten years at the same company, and all by my early thirties. Shouldn't I consider a job change? Absolutely not! Because it never gets boring at Infront. The work at Infront is as diverse as it is challenging. No two projects are alike, and often I'm working on three different projects simultaneously. This dynamic not only keeps me motivated but also fosters my personal development. Additionally, I actively contribute to advancing Infront's content. From further education in sustainability to co-authoring leading studies like "Corporates on the Tracks of Startups," I help keep our consulting offerings up to date and pursue innovative approaches.
There's something special about Infront: the people
But what makes Infront so special for me is above all the people I work with every day. There are no "glossy consultants" from the catalogue here, but real personalities. We are a young team in which everyone can be who they are. The atmosphere at Infront is characterised by openness, team spirit and mutual appreciation. In addition to the exciting projects, the after-work beer on Fridays, the greatest team events and fabulous Christmas parties are an integral part of Infront. I really look forward to meeting my colleagues in the office every day!
