After completing my studies, I specialised in SAP Retail as a consultant. In my professional career, I set up an SAP Retail template, was responsible for several SAP projects as a project manager and took on the role of team leader after several successful international SAP projects. In 2020, I built up the team to 11 employees and was responsible for MDM projects and internal MDM support as department head. Since 2024, I have been acting as Principal Consultant for S/4 HANA projects and as IC Lead of the PMO team in the KPS internal organisation.

KPS offers a flat hierarchical structure, the roles of employees are based on their professional competences and at the same time offer flexibility.
For example, disciplinary superiors at KPS work on the same customer project as the assigned employees in the matrix organisation.
I experience a high degree of diversity and flexibility in the activities in the projects. Thanks to the matrix organisation and the wide range of projects in SAP S/4, I was able to try out many of my skills in new activities. This includes, for example, the technical development of an S/4 customer demo system for an RFP through to consulting in S/4HANA and leading the PMO team, including the development of internal KPS processes. Thanks to my good network at KPS, I know who I can turn to for various challenges.
KPS supports me in overcoming challenges in the best possible way. I experience a very collegial environment, nice, complete colleagues and prompt support in SAP S/4 projects. Despite the high workload in consulting, colleagues always make time when someone urgently needs help.
I have been working on an international S/4 greenfield project for the customer Nippongases since February. What I like about my position is the variety of my tasks. I can continue to build my career as a supervisor and at the same time I am involved in S/4HANA topics, so I am developing in two dimensions at the same time.
