Corporate culture

KPS supported me with my Master's thesis in 2020. I was able to get to know the company, the departments and the employees at KPS. After my master's degree, I took a job in a large consulting firm with many hierarchies and rigid structures. When I was looking for a new job, I approached KPS again. The application process there was very relaxed and quick. You immediately realised that it wasn't about grades, but about personal fit and motivation.

'You are given the freedom to try things out and make suggestions. If you are interested, anything is possible.'

– Jennifer Nell

Everyday working life at KPS offers short communication channels (open door policy), a collegial working environment (high willingness to support colleagues and share knowledge), trust (trust in knowledge, skills, actions,...) and flexibility. Everyone is on a first-name basis and hierarchies are rare or barely noticeable. Showing initiative and learning on the job/project is part of everyday life at KPS. If you are interested in further training, you discuss this with your line manager. Usually, this is always made possible. You are offered opportunities to work on many different tasks - also internally. You are given the freedom to try things out and make suggestions. If you are interested, anything is possible.

KPS operates internationally and offers the opportunity to work with international clients. My first project was with a Norwegian company.

Even clients based in Germany often operate internationally and a lot of English is spoken. KPS itself also has many international colleagues.
