Corporate culture

After my apprenticeship as a paralegal, I worked for over 26 years in various positions as an assistant in the legal field. My last position was as assistant to the legal department for the DACH region in an international group. Among other things, I was responsible for the maintenance used within the department and took over the project management and subsequent specialist administration for the introduction of a new solution. Before joining KPS, I worked as a consultant in the field of Enterprise Content Management/Enterprise Information Management for about 3 years.

'There is an open exchange of ideas and opinions, which contributes to a productive working atmosphere. We value the diversity of perspectives and skills and use them to develop creative solutions and tackle challenges together.'

The structures in the medium-sized consultancy offer an effective use of resources through clear organisation and planning of projects, allowing me as a consultant to concentrate on the most important tasks and work efficiently. In addition, defined processes and procedures ensure that customers always receive a high quality of service. This in turn strengthens clients' trust in the consulting firm and contributes to long-term client loyalty. Structures also promote teamwork. Clearly defined roles and responsibilities help to avoid conflicts and create a harmonious working environment. Team members can focus on their strengths and work together effectively to achieve common goals.

It is important to me to continuously improve my skills and knowledge. I can do this at KPS in various ways, on the one hand through further education, training or learning new skills. On the other hand, I can also benefit from the experience of other employees. It is also helpful to be proactively involved in projects and take on responsibility. Here I can continuously demonstrate my performance and prove myself as a reliable and competent employee, thereby increasing my chances of recognition and professional development. I am also in regular dialogue with superiors and colleagues responsible for projects in order to obtain feedback and set development goals. However, it is important to note that development and promotion in a corporate group can often take longer and be more complex than in smaller companies. In a larger organisation, there are usually more hierarchical levels and structures that need to be taken into account. It can therefore be necessary to be patient and follow a long-term development plan.

KPS supports me with challenges in a number of ways. First of all, there are internal resources such as mentoring programmes or training courses that can help me deal with certain challenges. These resources allow me to benefit from the experience and knowledge of more experienced employees and learn new skills. KPS also encourages an open communication culture where it is possible to address problems and work out solutions together. This means that I am not left alone when difficulties arise, but can count on the support of my colleagues and superiors. I also benefit from flexible working conditions that allow me to better reconcile work and personal challenges. For example, I have the opportunity to work from home part of the time or take advantage of flexible working hours.

I work closely with my colleagues, both within my team and in the individual project teams, and we support each other in achieving our goals. There is an open exchange of ideas and opinions, which contributes to a productive working atmosphere. We value the diversity of perspectives and skills and use them to develop creative solutions and tackle challenges together. Overall, I really value the collaboration with my colleagues and see it as an important source of support, inspiration and motivation in my day-to-day work.

In addition to working on an internal KPS project, I am also involved in a project for an international client. As part of the international KPS project team, I am responsible for one of the processes to be mapped for the customer and can contribute my knowledge and experience accordingly. As a Senior Consultant in the field of Enterprise Information Management (EIM), I am particularly enthusiastic about the variety of tasks and challenges that my position entails. EIM covers a wide range of activities, including data management, information architecture, document management and process optimisation. One of the most exciting aspects of my role is the opportunity to develop innovative solutions to solve complex information management problems. This means that I can continuously explore and apply new technologies and methods to provide customised solutions to our clients. I also value the opportunity to work with different teams and stakeholders. As a Senior Consultant, I play a key role in advising our clients and developing strategies to optimise their information management processes. This interdisciplinary collaboration allows me to contribute my knowledge and experience while learning from the expertise of others. Overall, what excites me about my position as a Senior Consultant in Enterprise Information Management is the combination of challenging tasks, innovative solutions and the opportunity to work with talented teams to create real value for our clients.
