Early years
During my time at M2P Consulting and as a management trainee at Rhenus Logistics, I have had the opportunity to deepen my knowledge and skills in change management, business development, and technical areas. My journey in the management trainee program involved navigating through various projects and working closely with executive management. This included in-house consulting for the development of decommissioning offshore wind turbines, strategic assistance for AI-based billing systems, and the creation of KPI boards for the executive team. Additionally, my early passion for the transport industry led me to an internship at a company focused on integrating RFID-tags in the air cargo sector. These experiences have been instrumental in shaping my professional path and enhancing my ability to drive innovation in the industry.
Project successes and leadership qualities
My professional development at M2P Consulting is characterized by my involvement in key projects at a German rail operator. I supported the implementation of a digital ordering channel for the on-board catering service, where I also implemented an internal FAQ support chatbot with a live chat function to enhance user experience and technical support. Additionally, I developed and tested a test concept for the galley of a future high-speed train, working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders. Subsequently, I took charge of the PMO for a ticket verification application, ensuring its timely and effective roll-out. These experiences have not only broadened my skill set but also deepened my commitment to driving innovation in the transportation industry.
