Emre discovered his enthusiasm for aviation during internships at leading companies in the industry in Hamburg. With a bachelor's and master's degree in international industrial engineering from Hamburg University of Technology, including a semester at Tongji University in Shanghai, he deepened his expertise in aviation consulting. At M2P, Emre now focuses on airlines and airports, where he leads projects in the areas of strategy, operations and innovation. His notable projects include developing an accelerator program for aviation startups in an emerging desert city in Saudi Arabia, as well as designing a business model for a startup airline in Germany.

Entry and background:
My enthusiasm for aviation led me into aircraft production, where I began my career as a consultant. Studying international industrial engineering provided me with a solid foundation that shaped my professional development. Stays in the USA and China not only expanded my specialist knowledge, but also strengthened my intercultural skills and ability to collaborate in global teams.

Forward-looking projects and responsibility
One outstanding project in which I was significantly involved was the development of business concepts for a German-based startup airline that wants to connect directly to warm-water destinations from Germany.
Another success was the development of a conceptual framework for an emerging Arab aviation startup accelerator and its integration into the air mobility ecosystem. It was crucial to find a balance between innovation capability and regulatory requirements, which ultimately led to a promising concept that lays the foundation for future developments.
Challenge accepted, growth accelerated!
Ensuring a smooth implementation of solutions, especially in the aviation industry, has undoubtedly been one of the biggest challenges of my career so far. It required not only meticulous planning and coordination, but also the ability to react flexibly to unforeseen obstacles. These experiences have not only challenged me, but have also allowed me to grow enormously. They have shown me that I can think creatively under pressure and find innovative solutions.
