Tim began his career as an intern at GIZ in Ghana. After completing his Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics at the University of Hohenheim, he completed further internships, including DLG e.V. After completing his Master's degree in Agricultural Economics, he worked as a Junior Consultant at KMC Management Consultants before being promoted to Consultant and finally Senior Consultant. He then moved to Roboyo, where he worked as a Senior Consultant and later as Consulting Manager. He has been a Manager at M2P Consulting since January 2023.

I joined the team at M2P Consulting as a Manager in January 2023. This step marks a significant milestone in my professional career. Previously, I gained valuable experience at companies such as Roboyo and KMC Management Consultants, where I focused on the implementation of business process automation and the development of strategies and execution of company acquisitions and divestitures in various industries.
Tasks and responsibilities
In my role as Manager at M2P Consulting and with my background in strategy implementation, digital process automation, M&A projects and extensive project management, I now lead a team, organize workshops and design roll-out projects as well as conventionalize strategic roadmaps.
For me, direct contact with our customers is invaluable. It allows me not only to understand their individual needs, but also to build a personal connection. This close collaboration enables me to develop customized solutions that address their specific challenges.
Exciting projects of the future
One of the highlights of my career was to develop an innovation strategy for the aviation industry in Saudi Arabia. This complex issue required in-depth analysis and consideration of numerous technological trends and regional aspects. As a team, we nevertheless managed to develop a comprehensive and, to date, novel strategy that not only defined long-term goals but also included concrete measures.
An equally exciting project was the hyperautomation proof of value and scaling. I found myself in a multifaceted role: I took on project management, analyzed business processes, developed a visionary strategy for hyperautomation and led a successful pilot with a detailed potential analysis and scaling roadmap. It was particularly exciting to design a target operating model and establish an Automation Center of Excellence in the organization.
