Leon completed his Bachelor's and Master's degree in Business Administration at the Philipps University in Marburg. His Bachelor's degree focused on market-oriented corporate management and his Master's degree on technology and innovation management. He spent a semester abroad in Indonesia for his Bachelor's degree and one in Greece for his Master's degree. In March 2023, he started his career as a Junior Consultant at quattron management consulting.

My path to quattron quattron
When I was looking for the right company to start my career, one of the ways I chose was via a classic online job portal. I found out about quattron there and quickly became enthusiastic about quattron. The interpersonal factors were decisive for me. You have to suit quattron and quattron has to suit you.
Tasks and challenges
My current area of responsibility is relatively wide-ranging and difficult to summarize. I am currently involved in a total of four different projects: Three of them are with customers and one is an internal project. Some of the tasks differ on a daily basis, so there is always variety. In particular, the contrast provided by the internal project, in which I work on a specific subject area with another Junior Consultant, is a very pleasant change from client business. As with every new subject area, you first have to learn the new technical language and the seemingly endless abbreviations in the context of a customer. However, this is now working quite well. Another clear difference to other management consultants is the length of the projects. The projects often go on for years and the connection to the customer is correspondingly strong. I appreciate that.

What I would advise others to do
Don't be put off by the technical aspects of the industries in which quattron operates. You will realize what sets quattron apart during the application process and the first interviews at the latest. In other job interviews, people often talked down to me as a "young professional" or university graduate, but it was different at quattron. Pay attention to such factors in your job interviews. quattron in three words: togetherness, consistency and innovation.
