A year ago, I started my career as a management consultant at TMG Consultants GmbH as a recent Master's graduate in industrial engineering with a focus on mechanical engineering and the digital factory.
In this year, I have not only gained fascinating insights into the world of manufacturing companies with very different product variance, but have also been given the opportunity to contribute my skills, continuously develop them and get to know innovative ways of working.

Through external certified training and the support of experienced mentors from within the company, I was able to constantly expand my skills and knowledge - the key to TMG's success. This support makes it possible to stay on top of the latest industry trends and methodically develop innovative solutions for clients. In my first year as a management consultant at TMG's Competence Center Operations, I have not only experienced professional success, but also an inspiring and supportive community.
