Pierre started at TTE as a consultant and is one of the longest employees at TTE. After developing to Senior Consultant, he took the step to Project Lead.

After focusing my studies on corporate restructuring and gaining initial consulting experience at EY in Restructuring and at BDO in Transaction Advisory, I read about TTE for the first time in 2018. It sounded like consulting with heart - something I had always been looking for. And after my first conversation with Lars, it was immediately clear: I definitely want to be part of this project called "The Team Enablers"!
In the first few weeks, I realized that all the people at TTE Strategy (5 at the time) had a mindset similar to mine and were passionate about their work. We had rented two small office spaces in a shared workspace and were fully focused on collaboratively achieving the best results with our clients - anything else was and is out of the question. Now - over 6 years later - so much has happened. It sounds surreal, so I'll keep it brief: Our commitment to quality and the way we always strive together to achieve the best possible result has not changed.
